THE JOB:
As an Accountant, you’ll contribute to the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting by preparing monthly financial statements, completing detailed balance sheet reconciliations, and collaborating on special projects that support business objectives.

THE SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Financial Accuracy & Reporting: Record transactional activity promptly and accurately, maintain consistent accounting practices across business units, and deliver timely, reliable financial reporting for both routine and ad-hoc requests.

• Controls & Compliance: Implement and monitor effective internal controls to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SOX, gaming regulations, IRS standards, and internal audit policies.

• Casino Accounting & Auditing: Specialize in casino accounting with an emphasis on gaming operations and regulatory compliance. Perform and validate operational audits such as Card & Dice, El Dorado Chip, Sensitive Key Inventory, MGM Rewards Annual Testing, and other compliance-related audits as required.

• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner across departments—including close collaboration with the Key Administrator on Sensitive Key Operations—to ensure proper controls, documentation, and reporting accuracy. Foster a service-oriented environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

• 1+ years of audit/accounting experience

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$57,000.00 - $76,000.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
