Position Summary:

The Stager 2 Team Member is an intermediate-level position on the Staging team with increased experience, skills, and responsibilities of a Stager 1. The Staging team’s goal is to prepare, organize, and set up the raw materials, ingredients, and packaging needed for the production process. Stagers play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production lines have all the necessary items in the right quantities to meet our daily production goals. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to food safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. 

Qualifications


Joining Our Team

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years working in commercial food preparation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment. 

  • 6+ months inventory counting or management. 

  • Knowledge of pertinent local, federal, and state health and safety laws and regulations.  

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 


Knowledge and Critical Skills: 

  • Fluency in English. 

  • Good counting and math skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail.  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers. 

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

  • Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility with other teams. 

  • Ability to uphold a high standard of service, efficiency, sanitation, and safety.

Wage Transparency:

We are actively embracing pay transparency by disclosing the hiring wage for this role as $18.81-$20,07 highlighting its full earning potential within the broader range of $18.81-$23.00.
