Position Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership & Oversight
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build strong pipelines including early talent, passive candidates, and events.
- Lead and manage the execution of recruitment strategies across all functions and geographies.
SWAT Oversight
- Direct rapid-response hiring initiatives to meet urgent talent needs and stabilize high-risk or business-critical areas.
- Provide hands-on leadership for urgent staffing escalations and workforce gaps.
New Site Integration
- Partner with operations and HR to ensure effective talent planning and recruitment for new site launches.
- Build scalable sourcing processes that align with business objectives and workforce readiness.
Decommissioned Sites
- Manage workforce transitions for decommissioned sites, including redeployment strategies, offboarding, and communication planning.
High-Priority Sites
- Provide dedicated support and leadership for strategically critical or high-volume sites.
- Ensure sourcing and staffing strategies are tailored to meet evolving business needs.
Coordination of Data Requests and Presentations
- Serve as the point of contact for talent acquisition data requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in reporting.
- Coordinate the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and executive updates to communicate recruiting performance and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR analytics and leadership teams to align reporting with organizational goals and talent strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and effective storytelling through visuals and summaries tailored to various stakeholders.
Training & Onboarding of New Recruiters
- Design and implement a structured onboarding program for newly hired recruiters to ensure rapid ramp-up and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Deliver training sessions on sourcing strategies, ATS/CRM systems, compliance, and organizational recruitment standards.
- Establish mentorship and shadowing opportunities to support skill development and confidence building.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of materials and delivery methods.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professional development, and knowledge-sharing within the recruiting team.
Early Talent Pipeline Management
- Design and implement strategies to attract, engage, and develop early-career professionals, interns, and recent graduates.
- Partner with universities and professional associations to establish robust recruiting pipelines.
- Support retention strategies for clinical rotation pipeline.
- Track effectiveness of early talent initiatives and continuously refine approaches to align with business needs and talent market trends.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive clinician recruitment/sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity with direct reports.
- Demonstrated sourcing experience.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing urgent priorities, and executing strategic initiatives seamlessly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with ATS and CRM.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in managing SWAT or rapid-response hiring initiatives.
- Workday experience.
- Phenom CRM experience.
