DescriptionJOB/POSITION SUMMARY: The principal will serve as the instructional leader of the building and will maintain a positive and safe school climate for all students and staff. The principal will maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, seeking input and guiding the vision of the school based on the needs of the community and the strategic goals of the district.
REPORTS TO: Superintendent of Schools
QualificationsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university required
Secondary school administration experience required
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:
Valid Missouri State Teaching Certificate required
Valid Missouri School Administration Certificate required - Secondary Level
