About the Role
Join HaleyResidential as an Acquisitions Analyst Intern and gain hands-on experience inreal estate investment analysis, with a focus on multifamily housing. You’llassist our acquisitions team with financial modeling, due diligence, and marketresearch while learning how real estate deals are evaluated and executed.

Key Responsibilities
Perform financialunderwriting and due diligence analysis for new multifamily acquisitions.
Support marketresearch on demographics, rent trends, and investment metrics
Verify data accuracyand maintain financial model integrity
Assist withreviewing third-party reports and competitive property analyses
Collaborate with theacquisitions team on real investment decisions
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree inFinance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
Strong quantitative,analytical, and Excel skills
Detail-oriented withexcellent organization and time management
Clear communicatorwith a collaborative, team-first mindset
Prior exposure tofinancial or real estate analysis is helpful but not required
