As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily scheduling and deployment of company resources to meet customer needs with a strong emphasis on safety, asset utilization, and cost efficiency. Your goal will be to provide exceptional leadership that enhances operational performance and fosters strong relationships with both employees and customers. Your Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations focusing on equipment service, distribution, and storage activities
Monitor and analyze performance data, identify areas needing improvement, and develop strategies to optimize operations
Monitor and assure compliance in areas including safety/health/environmental, State Code requirements and Federal Regulations, including DOT and Hours of Service
Coach, motivate and energize the Service and Delivery teams which includes monitoring employee performance, implementing individual development plans/ activities and initiating/coordinating training
Manage the vehicle fleet which includes coordinating vehicle preventative maintenance, repairs, and licensing
Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives
Your Skills:
Strong multi-tasking, time management, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication abilities and negotiation acumen
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-driven environment
Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
Your Experience:
Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in industry related management preferred
