Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join the Digital Services, Lifecycle services and Retail team, supporting the GBU business This role is critical in enabling strategic transformation, driving business model innovation (particularly in Software/Service/SaaS), and leading complex financial initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Business Partner Support, cross functional collaboration and Strategic Financial Planning, with a strong ability to adapt in dynamic and evolving business environments. As part of a high-impact finance team, this role combines business insight, E2E ownership, and analytical rigor to influence decision-making and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and strategy teams to integrate financial strategy into one-pagers, three-year plans, and long-term planning.
- Lead and advise on business-critical initiatives, including investment planning, capital strategies, and ROI analysis.
- Conduct and lead complex financial analyses to support high-impact decision-making and strategic initiatives by analyzing and reporting KPIs
- Lead special projects, working with internal and external stakeholders across the portfolio
- Represent finance in cross-functional and cross-regional planning processes.
- Drive new business incubation in offerings and prepare Financial models.
- Support quarterly governance processes and provide financial insight to guide performance management.
- Lead process design and implementation of finance functions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert counsel on internal controls, budgeting, integration (M&A), and organizational transformation.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Finance
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Executive presentation experience with good command of presentation skills (developing presentation from scratch based on the required topic for executive level audience) are essential for this role.

The base pay range for this role is $104800 to $158250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
