Job Description​

The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning coordination and delivery of services. Working corroboratively with physician operations leadership assumes a leadership role in planning developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction. Provides practice management for a large and or multiple practices sometimes in multiple locations typically supporting 8 to 20 providers and a support staff to exceed 50 or more employees. Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial quality and patient satisfaction improvement. Independently identifies needs plans and successfully works within practice budgets.
