The Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences at Puerto Rico is a collection of 139 hotel rooms and 84 private residences. About The Role :
As a Kids For All Seasons Supervisor you play a key role in ensuring the success of the resort’s children's program by overseeing daily operations and engaging young guests in fun, safe, and enriching experiences. You lead by example, creating a nurturing, professional, and joyful environment for children while supporting and guiding the KFAS team.
Your passion for child engagement, creativity, and hospitality excellence ensures that the resort delivers memorable moments for our youngest guests and peace of mind for their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Guest Experience:
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Kids For All Seasons facility and ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts.
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities such as arts & crafts, storytelling, nature walks, sports, and themed events.
- Welcome children and parents warmly, ensuring they feel safe, informed, and valued.
- Observe children during play and activities to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all.
Team Collaboration & Support:
- Guide, support, and mentor KFAS Attendants in delivering fun, structured, and high-quality programming.
- Assist in training new team members on safety protocols, Four Seasons service standards, and child engagement practices.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team culture by leading through example.
Health, Safety & Cleanliness:
- Ensure the KFAS facility and materials are kept clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Monitor and report any concerns, incidents, or equipment issues promptly and professionally.
Service & Communication:
- Provide exceptional guest service to both children and parents.
- Communicate guest feedback and programming ideas to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain daily records of child participation and activity schedules.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience working with children in a hospitality, childcare, or educational setting (minimum 1–2 years).
- Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with children of various age groups.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
