The Operations Coordinator provides excellent service to our employees, customers, and shareholders by successfully supporting all functions necessary to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Company’s public water systems. Working directly under the supervision of Region Leadership, the Operations Coordinator will perform a wide variety of duties and tasks related to Region operations including but not limited to the following:
Support in leading the activities of the Region, including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating resources, and monitoring of performance metrics as they align with the Company’s Mission & Vision.
Assists leadership in the training and development of team members to ensure the team has the skills required to perform the work.
Working independently or by leading the work of others, assists in the maintenance and operation of all water treatment and distribution assets, performs field customer service and construction work as needed.
Assists in the management of the Region’s annual maintenance contracts and the delivery of horizontal and vertical construction projects under the Company’s Annual Capital Expense Program.
Working independently or under the supervision of others, performs a wide range of administrative functions to ensure that daily operations run efficiently and effectively including but not limited to scheduling, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, record keeping and invoice processing/bill pay.
Works with various Applications to manage the daily workflow including WIMS, SCADA, JDE, PowerPlan and Mobile Workforce Management
Must be detail oriented and posses sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
