Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all maintenance including, but not limited to facilities, monitoring and servicing of equipment, diagnosing and repairing downed equipment, and implementing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is fully operational and production downtime is minimized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment as needed to ensure operational efficiency with reduced downtime
- Assist with maintaining vendor relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to ensure smooth operation and maintenance is completed according to OEM standards
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and keep track of critical spare parts inventory
- Support and monitor operator-level maintenance practices, ensuring operators consistently perform essential tasks such as cleaning and regular belt changes to minimize equipment downtime and enhance overall efficiency
- Maintain inventory and maintenance records for all equipment
- Participate in the ongoing development of technical, safety, and other operational process training programs
Requirements
- 0-3 years of maintenance experience required
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance procedures, techniques and best practices
- Basic knowledge of compressed air systems, plumbing, electrical, and general machine repair
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to execute tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
