Key Responsibilities Include:

CRM Administration

  • Be key user and subject matter expert for North America Region, working with global and local teams on implementation.
  • Provide technical assistance to users, manage user access and security roles, and train staff on how to use the CRM platform. 
  • Maintain the accuracy and security of customer data within the CRM system, a critical function for data-driven decision-making. 
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data, sales performance, and business trends.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with the CRM system, acting as the primary point of contact for system-related problems. 
  • Work with various departments to understand their needs and ensure the CRM platform effectively supports their workflows and objectives. 
  • Integrate the information from existing tools to new CRM.

Document Administration

  • Be the point of contact for customers to manage their portal entries and questions.
  • Ensure all requirements are entered or uploaded to customer portals in a timely and accurate matter ensuring all requirements are met to promote customer relationships.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of documents, formatting, proofreading

Administrative

  • Assist with administrative duties for office such as planning meals, travel, meeting coordination, and events.  

Financials

  • Assist in forecasting aligned with growth targets and historical order data.
  • Ensure data is accurate for financial reporting.

Stakeholder Management

  • Promote a customer-first, solution-oriented culture.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to collaborate with teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Engagement and Development

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, high-performance environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with CRM’s.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365).
  • Strong accountability, urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel within North America if required.

Additional Information

  • At times, the role will be required to undertake tasks outside of this position description. Taking into consideration the relevant skills and experience at the request of the reporting manager
  • Normal work week: Monday to Friday, 40 hours (subject to business needs).
  • Occasional travel and extended hours may be required.
  • Must follow all Normet safety and operational protocols.
