Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Key Account Management Support Team in the position of Advisor, Financial Planning & Analysis

This role is responsible for aiding the customer in the strategic planning and decision-making process, delivering substantial data on a variety of matters; cost management – monitoring and controlling costs and measures to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Review monthly business performance against goals, provide customers’ yield in-depth analysis, business insights, trends and provide financial analysis support to address issues and aid management decision making
  • Relate P&L with added financial KPIs / financial ratios for KPI measurements
  • Conduct monthly internal revenue and CM analysis per LOB for mid- to long-term planning.
  • Support in aligning the billing process to enhance customer output
  • Be responsible for cost control; assist customer in defining controllable and uncontrollable operating expense - support control of billing operations / auditing
  • Extensive Data Analytics - focus on analysis (both Commercial & Operations) to improve Country/Region profitability, improve profitability for existing business via financial KPIs and strategic initiatives, assist commercial in bringing in more business via reviewing pricing models for competitiveness, market benchmarking & post analysis if new businesses were not awarded
  • Initiate continuous business process improvements, including the review of current structure and recommend necessary change to ensure business copes with current changes

Qualifications

What we are looking for: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis in a client-facing role with preferably background in logistics
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience is a must 
  • Strong analytical skills with PowerBI experience 
  • Ability to translate financial data 
  • Customer Centric attitude and mindset
  • Excellent listening and communication skills. Capable of articulating issues and proposed solutions with both internal and external customers
