Thomas Sign and Awning in Clearwater, Florida, creates brands that get businesses noticed and tower over the competition! We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our expanding project management team. The Project Coordinator will work directly with the sales team and the project managers to ensure customer satisfaction and oversee the completion of projects.
This is an entry level administrative position that allows the opportunity to learn the business and clears the path for advancement within the company.
Job Description
- Assist project manager with various projects, from sale through completed installations.
- Provide support to project managers on multi-location projects.
- Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding products and services.
- Assist Project Manager with tracking the status of projects and communicating with both customers and internal personnel.
- Communicate with subcontractors and service technicians in remote locations, as needed.
- Coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service in a highly professional manner.
Skills
- High level of communication skills
- Experience in the sign industry, manufacturing or construction helpful but not required
- Computer skills, preferably Windows and MS Office including Access, Adobe and Smartsheet
- Well organized and efficient
- Ability to analyze a variety of situations and effectively solve problems
- Assist with coordination of projects simultaneously
- Able to build solid “partner” relationships with Project Managers and Sales Staff.
