The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Senior Management Analyst for a local contract in Washington, DC.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverages deep understanding of the client's mission to develop and refine operational plans and concepts of operations (CONOPS), optimizing the use of existing and planned systems to meet mission needs.
- Optimize the use of current and planned systems, ensuring alignment with mission needs and strategic goals.
- Actively participate in the system development lifecycle, including the development of system concepts, requirements, CONOPS, and training requirements.
- Lead enterprise-wide process improvement, reengineering, and modernization initiatives.
- Guide project teams, mentoring staff, and fostering knowledge transfer across the organization.
- Influence strategic decisions by providing data-driven analysis, forward-looking recommendations, and innovative solutions
- Participates actively in the system development process, including the development of system concepts, system requirements, concepts of operations, and training requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of system development lifecycles, performance measurement frameworks, and enterprise transformation methodologies.
- $67/hour
