Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience
Minimum 5 years of management experience in K–12 or Business & Industry food service (highly preferred)
Experience with budget management and full P&L responsibility
Strong leadership ability with experience coaching and developing teams
Contract management experience preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong financial and business acumen
Advanced computer skills including spreadsheets and reporting tools
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regionally
Must pass a criminal background check
