This leader will design and execute a multi-channel strategy that elevates the Transformation agenda, cultivates a "One L'Oréal" mindset, and drives organizational change through strategic storytelling. The AVP will serve as the transformation bridge, weaving together initiatives across organizational design, portfolio management, project execution, and value creation to influence mindset shift and drive cultural alignment. Acting as strategic advisor to the Chief Transformation Officer and the Transformation leadership team, this role drives executive visibility, employee engagement with transformation goals, and measurable impact across internal and external audiences.Key Job Responsibilities• Serve as the transformation narrative architect, building and executing the strategy and plan to increase visibility of priorities, progress, and impact while fostering a unified "One L'Oréal" identity and driving organizational change across the enterprise.• Drive thought leadership and external presence: manage participation in industry and leadership conferences; develop transformation narratives and strategic content; coordinate with conference organizers, producers, internal teams and agencies for end-to-end preparation and execution.• Develop and execute comprehensive transformation content – strategic proposals, leadership presentations, organizational updates, engagement materials, and ad hoc communications – tailored to diverse stakeholders and designed to inspire mindset transformation toward collaborative, integrated ways of working.• Establish transformation messaging frameworks and governance to ensure consistent narrative across divisions and functions; oversee strategic planning calendar and cadence of updates, milestones, and resources that reinforce transformation themes and "One L'Oréal" principles.• Act as the central transformation integrator spanning key domains (Portfolio and Change Management, Simplicity 2, Value Creation, Organization Design/HR), synthesizing initiatives, aligning strategic timelines, and creating cohesive stakeholder experiences in partnership with domain leads, project change management teams, and divisional leadership.• Champion cultural mindset evolution through strategic narrative development that connects transformation initiatives to employee purpose, organizational identity, and the broader "One L'Oréal" vision, working in concert with operational change management efforts to drive inspiration and alignment.• Provide strategic direction for transformation storytelling across multiple formats and channels; partner with creative agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality assets that bring transformation vision to life on time and on budget.• Plan and execute high-profile transformation engagements – quarterly alignment meetings, leadership forums, capability-building sessions, milestone celebrations – managing stakeholder alignment, executive preparation, and operational coordination; orchestrate vendor support as needed to create meaningful transformation experiences.• Design stakeholder engagement strategies and organizational alignment initiatives that deepen awareness, commitment, and advocacy for transformation goals while building emotional connection to the evolving organizational identity.• Collect, analyze, and evaluate transformation engagement effectiveness and organizational sentiment; measure narrative resonance and mindset shift indicators, integrating insights into ongoing strategic plans for continuous improvement.• Manage transformation initiative budgets and operational excellence; drive efficiency and scale through best-practice processes and vendor management while maintaining focus on strategic transformation impact and organizational change outcomes.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, department heads, and front-line employees.Drive communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling messages are delivered through appropriate channels to all impacted audiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree10+ years in corporate affairs, brands or marketing roles within matrixed organizationsHighly organized operator with strong planning, prioritization, and follow-through; adept at managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders under tight deadlines.Experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders; trusted advisor with sound judgment in special situations.Data fluency for communications measurement and feedback loops; familiarity with internal platforms and analytics. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging narratives and persuasive visuals for multiple stakeholders.Demonstrated creative/marketing lens with strong brand sensibility – able to translate strategy into compelling, on-brand concepts and assets in partnership with creative agencies.Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns and high-profile events with measurable outcomes; comfortable collaborating with external partners.Change management training (Prosci) or experience is a plus.
