As a Senior AEP Consultant you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all AEP related queries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic payments and check processing.

Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies
Work with business and technology client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
Requirements Engineering (use case definitions and specification of data requirements)
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices to continuously improve processes and strategies.
Maintains business process and user stories documentation well in advance
Maintain healthy product backlog and ensure the status accuracy
Required Skills:
Experience working in one or more modules of Adobe Experience Platform
In-depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe
Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence
Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior
Experience in documentation process – drafting requirements.
Experience and solid understanding on Omnichannel marketing communication
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $64,734 – $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
