In this role, you’ll report to the Event Manager and work closely with the Head of Events and our Event Assistant to deliver exceptional events that align with our brand and business objectives.

As Event Specialist, you’ll support the Event Manager in the planning, execution, and oversight of high-profile events from initial concept through to completion. This includes managing logistics, budgets, suppliers, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless delivery. You’ll also take ownership of your own events throughout the year, leading them from start to finish with creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Manage the successful delivery of events within a fast-paced and diverse event calendar.
•    Take full ownership of event budgeting, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
•    Utilise in-depth location and venue expertise to recommend options and guide stakeholder decisions.
•    Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to secure all necessary event services and resources.
•    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding events both internally and externally.
•    Manage on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional attendee experiences.

What you’ll need to have: 
 
•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex events simultaneously.
•    Strong stakeholder management. 
•    Creative thinker with an eye for detail.  
•    Proficient in event technologies, registration sites, and MS Office. 
•    At least 2+ years’ events experience. 
•    Frequent travel around the UK will be required.

It would be great if you also have: 

•    Event agency experience. 
•    Knowledge or passion for beauty, retail, health and wellness industries. 
•    Experience in virtual and hybrid events.
