Job Title: Inventory Technician
Location: Littleton, NH
Shift: Monday through Thursday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Reports to: Production Manager
Job Overview: The Inventory Technician plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of materials within the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, optimizing inventory management practices, and supporting logistics to ensure the timely delivery of goods. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as experience within a manufacturing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with ensuring inventory levels are accurate in the system.
- Manage and optimize inventory management to minimize inventory without risking stock-outs.
- Design and coordinate the entire supply chain in a timely manner.
- Ensure the availability of stocks according to the orders and ensure the logistics.
- Determine the location of inventory items and ensure logistics.
- Analyze different inventory reports.
- Assists with other duties as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience is required
- Previous production inventory management experience preferred
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, numerate, and able to multitask
- Proficient with computer skills / Familiar with ERP Software
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Must be able to communicate well with others and have good organizational skills
Education
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience minimum
