Mail Services and Procurement Coordinator
this position is responsible for the complete lifecycle of mail services (receiving, sorting, distributing, and incoming and outgoing shipments), postal supplies, and records. This position also manages postal funds and supplies, maintains records, addresses inquiries and all print shop operations. Additionally, this role supports procurement by processing requisitions, tracking orders, and managing optimal centralized procurement supply inventory. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
