Under the Comcast Business Finance organization, the CB Systems Production, Migration, and Change Management teams focuses on improving end to end operational efficiency through the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of a comprehensive sales, fulfillment, and billing system.
The Production team’s responsibilities include tracking system health through reporting and analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and driving change through system enhancements.
The Migration team owns the process of moving existing customers from various sources to the new CB Systems platform. The end-to-end process includes identifying targeted customers, data cleansing, testing / validation checks, communicating with and managing stakeholder expectations, along with the actual execution of the migration tasks and activities.
The Change Management team focuses on communicating system changes to stakeholders and end users, driving platform adoption, and facilitating cross team initiatives.
Role Description
As a Business Analytics Co-op on the Production, Migration, and Change Management Teams, the Co-Op will gain insights into the daily responsibilities of the three teams. The Co-Op will be given the opportunity to contribute across the teams and identify areas of interest to focus on. They will gain hands on experience with data gathering, cleaning, manipulation, and presentation tools such as Microsoft Excel, database querying (SQL), Alteryx, JIRA, Tableau, and PowerPoint. Additionally, this role will help the Co-Op develop critical and transferable soft skills including creating data driven analysis, communicating with different levels of stakeholders, and building professional relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating ad hoc and periodic reporting through manual SQL queries and automated tools
Perform Data Validation, Data Cleaning, and Data Presentation tasks
Conduct investigative analysis to provide data driven insights
Present analysis and key issue trending to executive leadership
Organize and facilitate meetings including recording and monitoring open action items
Gather information and drive conversations for new functional enhancements
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Excel, SQL querying, and Tableau experience is a plus but opportunity to learn on the job.
Experience creating actionable data driven analysis
Ability to manage multiple ongoing responsibilities and prioritize based off leadership direction.
3.5 and above GPA preferred
Preferred Majors: Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Technology Innovation Management, or equivalent
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Previous co-op program participant preferred
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Base Pay: $23.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
