The ideal candidate should be board-certified in emergency medicine and have 3-5 years of EM leadership experience with evidence of operations management, process improvement, recruitment, and patient experience optimization. You will be responsible for the oversight of our team of physicians and APCs in the ED and will be supported by our regional medical director and vice president of operations.

Competitive compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $245 to $265 hourly with the opportunity to earn incentives. This is an independent contractor role.
