Position Overview
Bullish (NYSE: BLSH) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Exchange Sales to join our global team. This is a highly visible and critical role focused on accelerating revenue growth and expanding our institutional footprint in the fast-paced digital assets landscape.

You will be responsible for originating, developing, and closing significant sales opportunities with Crypto & Digital Asset companies and large financial institutions such as hedge funds, asset managers, and banks. To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of regulated financial products, a robust network of C-Suite relationships in the financial services sector, and an entrepreneurial drive for new business generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue and Strategy

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our client base and exceed ambitious revenue goals.

    • Proactively source and close new institutional business, leveraging your existing C-Suite network to promote the adoption of multiple products on our platform.

    • Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to inform market analysis and provide actionable insights for improving sales performance.

  • Build Client Partnerships and Demonstrate Product Expertise

    • Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

    • Articulate and demonstrate deep knowledge of Bullish's institutional market infrastructure, including Digital Asset spot trading, perpetuals, and other crypto-native financial products.

    • Build a strong professional network and market reputation to position Bullish for long-term strategic partnerships.

  • Expand Business and Market Presence

    • Identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities that will strengthen Bullish's position as a global leader in the digital assets space.

    • Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, potential partners, and strategic alliances to enhance our market presence.

    • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform future product and business development initiatives.

  • Collaborate and Ensure Compliance

    • Partner with global sales, trading, research, and product development teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

    • Work with legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure all sales activities and materials adhere to regulatory requirements.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven sales leadership in the cryptocurrency, traditional finance, or high-growth FinTech sectors.

  • Deep passion for and knowledge of the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry.

  • Exceptional track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing complex, high-value institutional relationships.

  • A current and well-established network of industry relationships across relevant geographic regions.

  • Mastery of the full sales cycle, with excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Strong ownership, self-accountability, and superior communication skills.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and business productivity suites (e.g., G Suite, Excel, Slack).

Bullish US LLC & CoinDesk Inc. are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits. Offered salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
