We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Lot & Detail Manager to join our team!

About the Role:

The Lot & Detail Manager is responsible for the appearance, organization, and overall presentation of our vehicle inventory. This position oversees the detailing team, manages vehicle flow on the lot, and ensures every car is clean, photo-ready, and displayed properly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise lot attendants and detail staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional display of inventory.
• Coordinate vehicle movement for sales, service, and delivery.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery.
• Manage detailing supplies and inventory.
• Schedule and prioritize detailing and lot work.
• Work closely with sales and service departments for vehicle readiness.
• Ensure dealership standards for vehicle presentation are consistently met.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing, lot management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a team effectively.
