 - Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, assessments, and interventions.
 - Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
 - Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control guidelines to protect both patients and healthcare workers.
 - Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and compassion to patients and their families during challenging times.
 
Requirements:
- Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
 - Experience: Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as an LPN in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
 - Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
 - Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.
 - Transportation: Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
