Society Insurance is seeking a Product Maintenance Analyst to join our team. This position executes ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement of insurance product systems and processes. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely updates based on industry standards and organizational decisions.  

 

About the Role 

  • Works in an Agile environment
  • Performs ongoing maintenance tasks in support of existing processes and systems
  • Coordinates enhancements and product changes within existing systems or existing vendor applications
  • Collaborates with Agile Teams, Insurance Product team, Underwriting teams, and Frontline support team members to address changes to insurance product, incidents, and/or missed requirements
  • Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems or processes
  • Creates and maintains supporting documentation of product changes, system configuration, and decision rationales 
  • Serves as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of product maintenance goals and timelines

What it Will Take

  • Associate’s degree in business, insurance or related field. Equivalent industry experience may be considered
  • 3+ years of P&C insurance industry experience
  • Prior underwriting, claims, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
