Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison with the client to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and retail strategy 
  • Lead the execution of retail initiatives across in-venue and e-commerce channels, directing in-venue merchandising and visual displays to maximize impact and revenue 
  • Partner with the merchandise team on merchandise assortment planning and inventory management based on sales trends and market insights 
  • Assist with developing innovative and exciting retail products within the sports licensing industry 
  • Manage all aspects of retail operations, including profit and loss, financial performance monitoring, and reporting 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred 
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in store operations and merchandising; experience with licensed sports merchandise is preferred 
  • Proven background in specialty retail, ideally within a sports-related environment 
  • Demonstrated success managing retail operations with full P&L responsibility and strong expertise in retail marketing and brand management 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with POS systems is a plus 
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required, and the ability to travel extensively to oversee operations across multiple cities
