Roles and responsibilities:
We are looking for a Test Lead with strong team-building skills, proven stakeholder management, and a systems mindset to ensure fragmented project changes result in a coherent user experience.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing test team.
- Manage stakeholders including 3rd parties, QT teams, and client resources.
- Define and drive test strategy across varied technology stacks.
- Integrate multiple changes into a seamless end-to-end experience.
- Report test progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
