Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is a leading electronic payments processor with a global footprint. Our operations encompass various services that facilitate financial transactions for consumers and businesses. We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our talented finance team. The Finance Analyst assists in system configuration related to invoicing templates and/or verification of payment accuracy to Dolphin’s financial institution clients utilizing the Dolphin Back Office application for processing ATM transactions.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute in a collaborative work environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to monitor business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present timely financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual operating forecasts and monthly financial performance reviews.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and analyze variances.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic objectives.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial management.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
