Role SummarySheaMoisture is seeking a culturally fluent, digitally savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our influencer marketing strategy. This role will be instrumental in driving brand love, cultural relevance, and community engagement through authentic partnerships with creators who reflect and celebrate the richness and versatility of multicultural beauty.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Strategy & Execution• Lead the execution of always-on and tentpole influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand marketing objectives and KPIs.• Partner with internal teams and agencies to bring campaigns to life across organic and paid channels.• Agency & Creator Management• Serve as the day-to-day contact for influencer agencies, overseeing creative briefs, content reviews, and deliverables.• Seeding & Organic Engagement• Manage influencer seeding programs, including creative mailer ideation and target list development to drive organic buzz and social coverage.• Performance & Insights• Track and analyze campaign performance across organic and paid efforts, delivering actionable insights to inform future strategies.• Innovation & Agility• Identify real-time opportunities and creative enhancements that elevate campaign impact and cultural resonance.• Relationship Building• Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers who embody SheaMoisture’s brand values and connect authentically with Gen Z, Millennial, Black, and multicultural audiences.• Trendspotting & Thought Leadership• Stay ahead of social and cultural trends, platform shifts, and competitor activity. Act as the team’s go-to expert on influencer and social media trends in beauty , textured hair and beyond.• Special Projects• Support ad hoc influencer initiatives, content development, and strategic projects as needed.________________________________________Required Qualifications• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand marketing—preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or multicultural brands.• Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, especially within Black and multicultural communities.• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.• Passion for SheaMoisture’s mission and commitment to community empowerment.
