- Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to deliver standout multi-channel campaigns and content across our group brands
- Act as a key point of contact for specific offices and service lines within the group, managing and supporting the delivery of local marketing plans you’re accountable for
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across social, email, events, webinars and other channels, with a sharp focus on driving brand awareness and generating leads
- Support the delivery of external events - from seminars and webinars to professional networking events and roundtables, helping convert attendance and engagement into pipeline leads
- Assist with website updates and content changes in WordPress, working with agencies to feed into wider SEO and digital optimisation
- Support content creation across formats - including email copy, social media assets, video, graphics and brochures
- Collaborate with external agencies across digital, web development and design, to deliver key projects on time and on-brand
Let's talk about you and your skills...
- Have at least two years’ experience in marketing – either agency or client-side – with hands-on involvement across both digital and offline channels
- Be motivated by results, and excited to see your campaigns drive real leads and opportunities for the business
- Be confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels – people enjoy working with you
- Be creative and comfortable turning ideas into engaging visuals, video, or copy
- Be tech-savvy, ideally with experience using tools like WordPress, email platforms, social scheduling tools or CRM
- Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in – whether the task is big and complex, or small and quick
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- Be curious, resourceful and not afraid to approach challenges from a different angle
