About the team
What you'll be doing
- Creating compelling, actionable and high-value bespoke analysis through data mining, data visualisation techniques & storytelling
- Investigating all available sources of information to recommend changes to optimise our insurance panel across multiple products
- Provide analytical support to our insurance partners, including evaluating key aspects of our partner’s’ performance, such as conversion, ancillary take-up, and rate analysis
- Collaborating with colleagues from across the business to deliver key projects
- Providing advice and guidance to the team when needed
- Speaking at industry events
What we're looking for
- Experience working with data, ideally in the Insurance or wider financial services sector
- Experience or understanding of insurance pricing methods and portfolio management would be advantageous
- Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Experience using data visualisation tools (Tableau or PowerBI)
- Good knowledge of SQL and Python / R
- Proven track record working with key stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to tell stories with data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
