This position belongs to the Market & Underwriting Support Team (MUST), which is a transversal regional team giving support to the Continental Europe & Latin America Region and corresponding markets.
Reporting to the Head of MUST, the role contributes to the coordination and effective management of the several key transversal initiatives of the region including but not limited to strategy follow up, IFM, operations and reporting cycles.
Responsibilities
Under the authority of the MUST Manager, your responsibilities are as follows:
- Local management of planning work (strategic planning-operating plan) and their follow-up. This involves the collection and reconciliation of accounting data, their extrapolation, in relation to support services (finance, inventory, pricing), sales representatives (underwriters) and management
- Collaborate with FP&A and business performance teams on KPIs (mainly IFRS 17) and their spread to each local Markets of CELA
- Participation in activity reporting (commercial, pricing and risk selection) by ensuring the fluidity of the process and the production of specific summaries and dashboards
- Participation in In Force Management portfolio by being regional referent and ensuring the fluidity of the processes and the production of specific summaries and dashboards
- Cost controlling, process follow up on budget (direct and associate)
- Production and monitoring of ad hoc studies (market dynamics, competitive positioning, customer satisfaction, strategy, etc.)
Coordination of all transversal topics between the foreign offices of CELA
Qualifications
First experience in an insurance or reinsurance company or in finance,
English level fluent,
Excellent communication skills,
Rigorous, flexible with strong sense of priorities.
