Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership – Define and lead the strategic direction of Order Management in Europe, ensuring alignment with OCC and business objectives.
  • Process Harmonization – Drive consistency in APQC process execution across all regions to ensure standardization and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate closely with Order Fulfilment, Logistics, Field Stock Management, Credit SSC, Customer Care, and Sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.
  • Innovation & Automation – Lead digital transformation initiatives, including automation of order entry, backlog management, and system optimization.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee daily order operations to secure accuracy, efficiency, and timely order-to-stock allocation.
  • Issue Resolution – Manage escalations and cross-border backlog priorities, ensuring high customer satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Performance Management – Govern EU-wide resource allocation, capacity planning, and strategic KPI tracking using analytics tools like Power BI.
  • People Development – Build and develop a high-performing Order Management team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

We expect:

  • Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Leadership & Coordination – Proven experience leading multi-regional order operations, including backlog management, fulfilment prioritization, and logistics alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Skilled in driving collaboration across Sales, Order Management, and Compliance to streamline workflows and resolve escalations.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Strong background in strategic planning, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision-making using tools like Power BI.
  • Process Innovation – Experience in process optimization and automation through SAP workflows and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Performance & People Development – Demonstrated success in coaching, performance tracking, and team capability building using learning management systems.
  • Governance & Resource Allocation – Proficiency in managing prioritization and resource transparency through project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Language Skills – Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
