Lead Business Analyst – Airlines Industry (Order Manager & IATA Standards) at Unisys

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Business Systems Analysis advice and support on complex projects with potentially significant business impact.
• Participates in and provides input in business strategy and portfolio level discussions.
• Serves as a consultative team member with peers, business partners and other stakeholders in planning, organizing, preparing and executing on initiatives.
• Formulates and completes end-to-end business assessments, ensuring appropriate coverage of process and technical requirements.
• Analyzes and documents the impacts of given requests across organizations and functions.
• Ensures solutions address cost and other risks in terms of current and anticipated use cases.
• Solves complex problems, considering business and systems requirements.
• Offers functional solutions and clarification on the inter-module dependencies.
• Utilizes analysis and modeling tools to match strategic business objectives with practical technical solutions.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
