As a Partner Relations Manager at Shiftmove, you will be part of our Partnership team and play a key role in strengthening relationships with our partners, primarily tax advisors in the German market and making collaboration seamless. You will build scalable marketing processes, coordinate campaigns, and ensure that information and activities flow smoothly between the Partnership, Marketing, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Your mission is to enable our partners to grow with us by providing them with the tools, content, and communication they need to succeed.
What you’ll do:
- Partner enablement & communication: Support our partners with marketing materials, communication assets, and product information that help them promote Shiftmove effectively.
- Cross-team collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Partnership, Marketing, and Support teams to align initiatives, messaging, and partner activities.
- Campaign management: Plan, coordinate, and execute joint marketing initiatives such as newsletters, webinars, co-marketing campaigns, and events.
- Marketing operations: Develop and optimise scalable workflows, templates, and tools that make partner collaboration efficient and measurable.
- Data & reporting: Maintain partner data, monitor KPIs, and create dashboards that track campaign performance and engagement.
- Content & asset management: Distribute and manage partner-facing materials in close alignment with the Marketing team.
What you bring:
- Experience in Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, Account Management, or Project Coordination, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment; adjacent backgrounds (e.g., office management with strong ops, sales/account management)
- Strong organizational skills and self-management, proven ability to handle a high-volume inbox and prioritize across stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of marketing channels, CRM systems, and campaign workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize partner performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, service-oriented attitude; resilient and adaptable in a changing environment.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
