QHSE-S Engineer - Bremen, Germany at Demegroup

As a QHSE-S Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring quality, health, safety and environmental standards across our projects and offices.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate closely with project and tender teams to integrate QHSE principles from the design stage onward. Your tasks include:

• Supporting project and tender departments to make projects as safe as possible by design.

• Updating and maintaining management systems and launching QHSE campaigns.

• Participating in incident investigations, risk assessments and audits.

• Working with colleagues from diverse nationalities and disciplines to foster a healthy and safe work environment.

Your profile

• Degree: Ingenieur Arbeitssicherheit or equivalent.

• Experience in QHSE and/or safety management systems is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent operational and communication skills in German and English.

• Willingness to work from our office in Bremen, Germany.
