We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Fleet Manager to oversee our rental equipment fleet. This is a pivotal role where you’ll maximize utilization, approve repairs, and keep 300+ assets performing at their best. If you’re tech-savvy, mechanically literate, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you.


You’ll work closely with leadership, service, and rentals teams to keep our fleet running efficiently while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.


What You’ll Do

  • Track fleet performance, utilization, and downtime; make data-driven decisions.

  • Approve and oversee equipment repairs, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Coordinate fleet lifecycle: acquisition, maintenance, and resale.

  • Keep equipment rental-ready and compliant with safety standards.

  • Support and mentor Rentals Coordinators; collaborate across teams.

  • Provide accurate reporting and insights on fleet health and performance.
     

What You’ll Bring

  • Background in equipment rentals, fleet management, or dealership operations.

  • Strong mechanical knowledge—able to evaluate and approve repairs.

  • Skilled with fleet software, Excel, and telematics tools.

  • Experience analyzing utilization and cost trends to guide decisions.
