Our growing Rally division specializes in websites, apps, and communication software for K-12 school districts and schools. Our products are used by over 65% of the school divisions in Alberta, with clients across Canada and into the USA.

About the Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and generate quality leads for Rally’s products. You’ll write and produce content, manage campaigns, and track results, helping us reach new audiences and convert interest into opportunity as our products continue to grow across Canada and into the US.The Marketing Coordinator works closely with our Business Development team to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales goals.


Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and sales opportunities in Canada and the USA
  • Plan and coordinate marketing activities that increase awareness and drive engagement within the K-12 education sector
  • Conduct market research to support ongoing marketing and sales strategy


Marketing Automation & Reporting

  • Create and manage automated email campaigns that nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Use our CRM to track campaigns and measure performance
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, recommending improvements based on data


Content Creation

  • Write and produce compelling content for web, email, and social media channels
  • Create newsletters and resources that attract and retain clients
  • Manage Rally’s social media presence and ensure consistent messaging across platforms

Brand and Partnerships

  • Maintain consistency in Rally’s branding and visual identity
  • Manage sponsorships and partnerships with K-12 organizations

Desired Skills and Experience


Essentials

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role with measurable outcomes
  • Strong writing skills – clear, persuasive, and audience-focused
  • Experience with online and social media marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance
  • Tech savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field

Bonus Points
Get an extra checkmark or two if you have:

  • Digital marketing experience – SEO, analytics, or paid advertising
  • Marketing experience in the K-12 sector
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) marketing or sales
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Experience updating CMS-powered websites
  • Digital marketing certifications such as Google Ads or Meta
