Are you an organized and customer-focused professional with strong computer skills and a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where accuracy and efficiency matter? Join our Petro Division team in Stettler as a Petroleum Cardlock Assistant! We’re looking for a motivated individual to support site operations, sales, and administration while ensuring our facilities and service meet the highest standards.
Position: Petroleum Cardlock Assistant
Casual: Less than 24 hours per week
Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Be familiar with point-of-sale system
- Complete the administrative duties at the location
- Ordering parts and supplies for operations as needed
- Maintain the Stettler Cardlock facility and monitor cardlock reporting
- Collaborate with other locations and with division marketing efforts and participate in advertising responsibilities
- Adhere to Central Alberta policies, procedures, loss prevention and health and safety programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma
1 – 2 years of experience
Valid Class 5 Licence
Must provide a driver’s abstract that meets company standards upon hire
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
