JOB DETAILS:
LOCATION: Pacific Cancer Care - 15400 National Ave., Suite 100, Los Gatos 95032
SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts
*No Weekends or On-Call required
SALARY RANGE: $65.00–$80.00/hour, commensurate with experience
START DATE: ASAP

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW:
Join us at a pivotal time as Pacific Cancer Care expands its services and establishes a dedicated Radiation Oncology program in Los Gatos, CA. This is a unique opportunity for motivated Radiation Therapists to apply their skills and grow within a community-based practice focused on growth, patient access, and comprehensive care. As a valued member of our compassionate and collaborative Oncology team, you will help shape workflows, contribute to best practices, and deliver high-quality radiation therapy that supports patient-centered care. Ideal candidates are adaptable, skilled problem-solvers who are energized by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while helping to build a thriving and evolving service line.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver daily external beam Radiation Therapy treatments accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with the Radiation Oncologist’s prescription
• Accurately enter, verify, and maintain patient treatment parameters in the EMR
• Maintain daily treatment records, following established protocols and proactively reviewing patient charts
• Perform treatment setup, patient positioning, and verification using appropriate immobilization devices and imaging techniques
• Accurately interpret computerized treatment plans
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and adhere to established radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
• Participate in quality control activities and the department’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives
• Support collaborative workflows with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and clinical staff
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program – Required
• ARRT (RT)(T) certification, current and in good standing – Required
• California Radiologic Health Branch (RHB) RHTT or RHA Certificate – Required
• BLS certification – Required
• New Graduates will be considered for this position
DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Familiarity with ARIA and Eclipse
• Willingness to learn and develop new clinical skills in a collaborative environment
