Admission Nurse Manager – Advanced Health Care of Glendale
Schedule:
Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts
Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
(Rotating schedule, typically 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., but may start earlier as needed)
About the Role
Advanced Health Care of Glendale is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admission Nurse Manager (RN) to join our leadership team. This role is central to ensuring a seamless and compassionate admission process for our patients and families. The ideal candidate is a confident nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to guide and direct staff to deliver the highest standard of care.
As the Admission Nurse Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the admissions process — from initial assessments to coordination of care transitions — while serving as a key point of leadership and communication within the facility.
Requirements
- Lead and coordinate the admissions process to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional patient experiences.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and external partners to optimize care outcomes.
- Serve as a key decision-maker and leader during assigned shifts, guiding operations and staff performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Arizona or Compact State
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR Certification
- Negative TB Test
- Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
