OB/GYN Patient Navigator (RN) - McKenzie Obstetrics & Gynecology
Position Details:
- Hourly Base Rate: $44.90 - $67.36
- Shift: Day Shift
- Shift Hours Per Week: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts

Job Summary:
- Triage patient calls, messages and symptoms using established clinical protocols.
- Coordinate OB intakes, prenatal visits, ultrasounds, and referrals.
- Provide education on prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care.
- Manage abnormal results, lab, follow-ups, and post-procedure calls.
- Support providers with procedures and documentation in the EMR.
- Collaborate with the care team to improve workflow and patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Current Oregon RN license (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or related field.
- BLS required; NRP and fetal monitoring preferred.
- Strong clinical judgement, communication, and organizational skills.
