What We Want
The Texas A&M School of Law is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Admissions File Reviewer to join our team. The Temporary Admissions File Reviewer, under general supervision, reviews and evaluates application submissions. The file reviewer will provide additional support with reviewing application materials for the School of Law during high volume periods.

Location: This position is located at the Texas A&M School of Law in Fort Worth, TX.
Please note: This position is temporary from November 2025 to August 2026.
Essential Duties/Tasks
File Review
Examine and evaluates, applications in UNITE to determine admissions eligibility.
Analyzes and determines acceptability of application submissions.
Perform supplementary evaluations by watching and assessing recorded video interviews submitted by applicants, make recommendations to admission team on applicants.
Maintains a high-level working knowledge of admissions and university information, organization, opportunities and policies.
Data Management and Reporting
Develops and utilizes computer reports in order to obtain data.
Maintains student information system, CRM, and other databases relevant to student records for accurate record keeping of all recruitment activity to ensure goals are met and compliance is maintained with records management, privacy, and office procedures.
Policy and Compliance Oversight
Recommends program guidelines, procedures, policies, rules, and regulations.
Interprets policies, rules, and regulations and ensures they are followed.
Ensures compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience.
Three years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree
Experience in Law School Admissions
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication.
Knowledge of admissions functions of higher education.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
