Assists in picking up patient tray carts after meals and returns to cart room. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ECleans and fills pot washer. Cleans and sanitizes all cooking utensils, pots and pans used in kitchen and retail operations. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EReturns items to their proper storage location. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ESweeps and mops specified areas of the kitchen and all of the cafe. Moves all portable equipment to ensure proper cleaning. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ECollects, processes and properly disposes of trash and transports to disposal area. Follows proper procedures when using trash compactor and uses caution. Cleans and stores all trash cans. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ECleans the tray return room in the cafe. Strips and delivers trays, china and flatware to the kitchen for washing. Cleans and returns all restocked dish and tray lowerators to the cafe in a timely manner. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EPerforms all cleaning and restocking duties as specified in Time and Duties. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EParticipates in educational programs and in-service meetings. Attends meetings as required. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EAlerts supervisor of any issues with equipment.
