Job Description:
As a key member of the Residential Services Program, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the health and medical support and services for the individuals supported based on Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations and the standards and practices established by Little Friends, Inc. and Residential Services. Successful candidates will ensure policy and procedures adherence to all state rules, regulations, and laws regarding medical issues. Will also coordinate staff training on, and adherence to, policies and procedures regarding the medical and medication needs of individuals supported. They will report to, and accomplish additional duties assigned to them by, the RN Program Director
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility and on-call responsibilities
Salary: $75,000/year

Requirements
Requirements:
- Current Licensed Registered Nurse (Required)
- 1+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a CILA (Required)
- Hold a valid Illinois Driver’s License and insurance (Required)
- Must be at least 21 years of age (Required)
- 1+ years of experience as a nurse (Required)
- Certified DHS nurse trainer, or able to complete training (Required)
- Knowledge IDPH, DHS, DCFS, public health survey process/regulations, Medicaid, & ICF/DD residential care facilities (Preferred)
