We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Tonbridge, Kent. This is a hands-on warehouse role, with your primary focus on picking, packing, checking deliveries, and ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently.
At times of peak demand, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas, you’ll also provide occasional cover as a delivery driver, handling our award-winning products safely and professionally in and around Central London. Applicants must be 25 or over to drive company vehicles, in line with insurance requirements.
What you’ll do
- Perform general warehouse duties: picking, packing, checking off deliveries, and storing products correctly
- Assist with dispatch and loading operations, keeping the warehouse organised and efficient
- Use IT systems (including Google Suite) to process orders and maintain accurate records
- Provide occasional multi-drop delivery driving during peak periods
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
This role is primarily warehouse-focused, with driving only as occasional cover during peak periods. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy warehouse environment and supporting the team wherever needed
Initially, this is a temporary contract until 9th January, 2026, but for the right candidate there is always an opportunity for a permanent contract.
Requirements
- Experience in picking, packing, and dispatch within a warehouse environment
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Solid experience with multi-drop driving, handling high-value products
- Minimum five years’ driving experience, full UK driving licence (maximum three points)
- Good eyesight and hearing (reasonable adjustments can be made where applicable)
- Good level of written and spoken English, including the ability to communicate clearly with speakers of other languages
