Here at P&O Ferries we are seeking an Customer Operations Agent to join our team here in Larne on a 25hr permanent contract.
This is an opportunity to work as part of the Port Operations team helping to ensure that we process freight and passenger traffic, providing a high standard of customer service.
The successful candidate will have a proven record in customer service with excellent problem solving abilities and effective communication skills. The role is based our Larne Port.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Tourist and Freight embarkation and disembarkation operations safely and effectively carried out
- Tourist and Freight check in, embarkation and disembarkation carried out efficiently
- Ships Departure times on time or earlier
- Good Attendance
- Flexibility across all skills
The ideal candidate will
- Customer service and customer experience skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
Desirable:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
Location – Larne, this role operates on 12hr day and night shifts.
