The primary function of the E&M Planner is to ensure all Statutory Inspections, Planned Maintenance routines, defects, projects and emergent works are planned in line with the site operational priorities, and to ensure that all Planned Maintenance is completed in good time before the “drop dead date”.
You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a 12 month look ahead Maintenance Delivery plan showing the key maintenance activities throughout the year so that a budget submission for the Annual Operating Plan can be completed.
- Planning and scheduling of work from the CMMS system, consistent with meeting production requirements and maintaining legislative compliance.
- Issuing of a Schedule of Programmed Maintenance, Defect Rectification and any assigned Project Works on a Weekly basis and showing a 3 week lookahead.
- The effective and continued control/organisation of the site CMMS with regard to maintenance activities.
- Administration of the site CMMS system including creating of all PM work orders from the PM database.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent
- IOSH managing safely
- Understanding of key legislation that drives inspections and maintenance
- Able to use MS Excel to create reports and work breakdown structures for outages
- Able to use MS Project to create weekly schedules, outage plans and track progress against baselines.
- Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System.
